Pale Blue Group owns/has exclusive use of key patents that can improve the performance and capacities of terrestrial, wireless and satellite communications significantly. These patents originally developed by Norm Abramson, known as the “Father of Ethernet” allow much more efficient use of available bandwidth over any satellite link, increasing the percentage of bandwidth available to traffic from around 10% to closer to 100%.
In addition to the patents, Pale Blue Group uses a “community hub” approach that keeps a large cache of frequently accessed content and learns to minimise traffic over the satellite link to make best use of available bandwidth.
The hub features secure partitioning so that a wide variety of services can be offered over the same network whilst being kept separate and highly secure. For example, mobile-money, health and e-government can all use the same platform and community hub server.
This allows a full range of digital services to be offered over a single platform, bringing with it financial, security and maintenance advantages.Contact us
